The rapper expressed deep heartbreak over the tragedy:<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">\u00a0\u201cI am extremely heartbroken for the tragic loss of our son, Nathan Smith,\u201d Lil Jon said. \u201cHis mother, Nicole Smith, and I are devastated.\u201d<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Lil Jon described Nathan as an exceptionally kind and loving person, remembered for his warmth, passion, and deep care for others.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u201cNathan was the kindest human being you would ever meet. He was immensely caring, thoughtful, polite, passionate, and warmhearted. He loved his family and the friends in his life to the fullest,\u201d he shared.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\nBeyond his character, DJ Young Slade was also a highly talented creative force.
