After getting mixed reviews at first, the movie has since developed a devoted fan base.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It centers on Jerry, a young writer, as he navigates a turbulent relationship with his high-maintenance girlfriend, Amanda. While Jason Biggs is equally good in the role, Woody Allen\u2019s portrayal of the seasoned writer imparting wisdom to him is exceptional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Christina Ricci does a fantastic job portraying Amanda, bringing out the neediness and unpredictability of the character.
