If you can’t sleep from your husband, you need to …

About 10% of people who snore experience what is known as sleep apnea—a serious sleep disorder in which breathing repeatedly stops and starts during the night. In some cases, these interruptions can happen up to 300 times while a person is asleep, often without them even realizing it. Each pause in breathing reduces the amount of oxygen reaching the body and the brain, which can lead to poor sleep quality, extreme daytime fatigue, headaches, and difficulty concentrating. Over time, untreated sleep apnea can increase the risk of serious health problems, including high blood pressure, heart disease, and stroke. Because of this, loud snoring combined with constant tiredness should not be ignored and may be a sign that medical evaluation is needed.
